Cabbage Slaw(Low Calorie)

Ingredients

  • 3 c. finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 carrot, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 4 packets sugar substitute or to taste
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Makes 6 servings, 33 calories per 1 cup serving.
