Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1 medium cabbage coarsely chopped
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped red or green bell pepper
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet until hot
- Add cabbage onion pepper garlic powder sugar salt and pepper
- Stir-fry until cabbage is just tender and light green about 3 minutes Add water and cover remove from heat
- Let stand 3 to 5 minutes Yields 4 to 6 servings
