Cabbage Surprise
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 6 large onions
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 green pepper
- 6 large tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
- Place all ingredients in large pot
- Cover with water and bring to boil
- Boil 10 minutes then simmer until soft
- Sprinkle with cheese
