Cabbage Unstuffed

Ingredients

• 4 c thinly sliced cabbage
• 1 lb ground meat
• 12 c chopped onions
• 1 to 3 garlic cloves minced
• 1 c tomato sauce 16 oz
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp thyme
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Saute meat onions and garlic drain
2. Add tomato sauce salt thyme and pepper to meat mix well
3. Place half of cabbage in greased 2-quart casserole dish
4. Top with half of meat sauce Repeat layers
5. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
6. Top with grated cheese
7. Serves 6
