Cajun-Style Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
• 12 c dry bread crumbs
• 1 12 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• oil
• 1 tsp thyme leaves
• 14 tsp red pepper
• 2 lb boneless chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

1. In large bowl mix onion soup mix bread crumbs chili powder cumin thyme and pepper
2. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture coating well
3. In large skillet heat 12-inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat turning once until tender
4. Drain on paper towel Serve warm and could be served with assorted mustards
5. Makes about 5 dozen
