Cajun Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 c crushed pineapple large can
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Mix in the eggs and pineapple
- Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan with oil or spray with Pam Bake at 300 for 40 minutes
