Cajun Fettuccine

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken or shrimp cubed
- 3 ribs celery
- 2 medium onions
- 12 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 8 oz cans evaporated milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
- 6 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- hot sauce to taste
- 1 pkg fettuccine
Directions
- Saute chopped onions and celery in butter until
- melted
- Add seasonings and meat
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Add evaporated milk Simmer 10 minutes
- Add cheese Velveeta and Parmesan cheese Cook until thickens
- Serve over noodles
