Cajun Fettucine

Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish or shrimp
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 6 oz tube garlic cheese
- 6 oz fettucine cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 pt half and half
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- Tabasco optional
Directions
- Melt butter in pan and saute onion celery and garlic
- Add flour cooking about 15 minutes until mixture is light tan in color
- Add half and half add cheese
- Cook 10 minutes
- Add pimentos mushrooms and seafood
- Cook about 20 minutes
- Mix with cooked noodles
- Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake uncovered at 375 for about 5 to 10 minutes until hot
