Cajun Shrimp
Ingredients
- 34 c butter or margarine divided
- 14 c finely chopped green onions
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 tsp minced garlic
- 12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 14 tsp white pepper
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp dried basil
- 14 tsp thyme
- 18 tsp oregano
- 1 34 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 6 Tbsp fish stock
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- cooked rice or pasta
Directions
- In large skillet melt 12 cup butter
- Add onions salt garlic peppers basil thyme and oregano stir well
- Add shrimp saute until pink about 1 minute shaking the pan
- Add mushrooms stock and remaining butter
