Cajun String Beans

Ingredients
- 2 lb neck bones
- 8 medium potatoes peeled
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion
- 12 c parsley chopped
- water to cover
- 12 medium garlic clove minced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c green beans
Directions
- Place neck bones in bottom of soup pot
- Add potatoes salt onions parsley garlic and Worcestershire sauce
- Place string beans on top
- Add water to cover ingredients
- Cover and cook slowly until done
