Cake Frosting
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 2 c confectioners sugar
- 1 egg white beaten stiff
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz melted chocolate optional
Directions
- Cream shortening
- Add confectioners sugar add egg whites and beat well
- Add vanilla or other desired flavoring
- Beat until smooth spread on cake
