Cake Icing

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 14 tsp salt
• 23 c sweet milk
• 12 c vegetable shortening

Directions

1. Boil fast for 2 minutes stirring constantly
2. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla
3. Beat until creamy
