Calico Bean Salad

Ingredients

• 12 c sugar
• 12 c vinegar
• 14 c oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp black pepper
• 1 12 tsp celery seed
• 1 c kidney beans
• 1 c wax beans
• 1 c green beans
• 1 small onion

Directions

1. Combine sugar vinegar oil salt pepper and celery seed in a saucepan
2. Bring to a boil stirring
3. Drain beans
4. Put in bowl and place sliced onion rings on top
5. Pour hot vinegar mixture over beans and onions
6. Chill overnight
7. Serves 8
