California Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb beef flank steak tenderized
- about 1 c brown sugar
- 1 to 2 c low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Rub liberal amounts brown sugar into both sides of the flank steak
- Dont be stingy
- Lay the steak into an oblong container and cover with soy sauce
- Remember to lift the steak so the sauce gets underneath
- Cover and marinate for 1 hour
- Turn the steak over re-cover and marinate for 1 hour more
