California Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites beaten stiff
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c nuts
Directions
- Fold in crumbs and nuts to first 3 ingredients
- Butter pie pan
- Bake 30 minutes at 350
- Cool top with Cool Whip ice cream or whipped cream
- I like it served without topping
