California Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 3 lb pot roast
- 34 c finely chopped celery
- 34 c finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp salad oil
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 pkg spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 1 lb can whole tomatoes
- 1 c Burgundy wine
Directions
- Brown meat celery and onion in salad oil in Dutch oven or other heavy pot
- Add spaghetti sauce mix seasoned salt tomatoes and wine
- Cook for about 2 12 hours
- Serves sauce in gravy boat
- Good with noodles or mashed or baked potatoes
