Cameo Ranch Soup

Ingredients

• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 onion chopped
• 3 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes 10 oz
• 14 c Ranch dried dressing mix
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese subbed
• 12 c chicken broth

Directions

1. Briefly saut onion and celery on medium heat do not overcook
2. Add Ro-Tel chicken broth and Ranch mix
3. Slowly bring to a medium boil
4. Add the diced chicken and Velveeta
5. Stir until Velveeta is melted
6. Serves 16
