CamperS Cookout Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp leaf thyme
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 lb beef for stew cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 c hot water
- 2 17 oz can cream-style corn
- 1 lb can tomatoes
- 1 lb can green beans drained
- 1 lb can small whole or sliced potatoes drained
Directions
- Place 1 loaf frozen bread dough on cookie sheet to raise overnight
- Heat oil in Dutch oven
- Break off small pieces of dough and fry in oil
- Turn pieces and remove when brown
- Toss in bag with powdered sugar or make glaze by melting sugar in small amount of water and dip Bannock in before serving
