Campfire Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 12 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Slice potatoes thin
- Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil
- Peel and dice onion mix with potatoes
- Cut margarine into pieces and drop on top
- Add salt and pepper
- Fold over aluminum foil roll edges to close
- Place over campfire or on grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Turn over every 15 minutes
