Candied Carrots And Grapes

Ingredients
- 14 c butter oleo
- 13 c honey
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c green grapes halved
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 c cooked or canned carrots sliced
Directions
- Melt butter blend in cornstarch
- Add honey lemon juice and cinnamon
- Cook stirring constantly until mixture boils
- Add glaze to sliced carrots and grapes
- Stir to mix
