Candied Garden Carrots

Ingredients
- 8 or 10 peeled whole carrots
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Cook carrots in 12-inch water with 12 teaspoon salt added until just tender
- Drain
- In a small skillet melt butter
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved
- Add carrots and cook over low heat turning until well glazed
- Makes 8 servings
