Candied Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 12 to 3 lb sweet potatoes peeled and boiled
- 13 c brown sugar
- 12 c orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- marshmallows
Directions
- Cut potatoes into large chunks and put into greased casserole Mix rest of ingredients except marshmallows and pour over potatoes
- Bake for 35 minutes at 325 top with marshmallows to cover and bake for 5 minutes more
