Candied Yams

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans yams
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Drain yams place in a 2-quart casserole dish
  2. Cut butter into squares place on the yams
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over yams Grease casserole dish prior to adding the yams
  4. Bake at 375 for an hour
  5. When yams are almost finished pour marshmallows over them and bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows melt
