CandyS Chicken In Wine Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 whole cut up chicken or 4 breasts split 8 pieces
• 1 c white cooking wine
• 1 5 oz bottle soy sauce
• 12 c sugar

Directions

1. Flour and brown chicken
2. Place in shallow baking dish
3. Stir and heat in saucepan cooking wine soy sauce and sugar
4. Pour over chicken
5. Bake at 250 for 2 hours or until sauce of barbecue consistency
6. Turn chicken over at least once
