CandyS Chicken In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 whole cut up chicken or 4 breasts split 8 pieces
- 1 c white cooking wine
- 1 5 oz bottle soy sauce
- 12 c sugar
Directions
- Flour and brown chicken
- Place in shallow baking dish
- Stir and heat in saucepan cooking wine soy sauce and sugar
- Pour over chicken
- Bake at 250 for 2 hours or until sauce of barbecue consistency
- Turn chicken over at least once
