Ingredients

  • fish skinned and cut into approximately 2-inch long pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 drop liquid smoke to each pint
  • fish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 c vinegar
  • 14 c Snap-E Tom tomato cocktail
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together and pour salt vinegar tomato cocktail and brown sugar over fish in jars
  2. Seal
  3. Process in pressure cooker at 10 pounds for 90 minutes
  4. This resembles canned salmon and is very good for fish loaf
