Canned Peppers And Wieners

Ingredients

• 2 32 oz ketchup
• 1 qt tomato juice
• 2 c vinegar
• 3 c sugar
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 lb wieners cut up
• 3 gal sweet and hot peppers cut up

Directions

1. Combine and cook ketchup juice vinegar sugar and garlic together for 30 minutes
2. Add peppers and wieners and cook for 20 minutes longer
3. Put in clean canning jars and cold pack for 10 minutes
