Canned Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 gal cabbage shredded
- 3 large onions chopped fine
- 2 large bell peppers chopped
- 3 carrots grated
- 1 c white vinegar
- 3 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp plain salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 12 pt mustard
- 6 jalapeno peppers
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in pan bring to boil
- Reduce heat simmer for 20 minutes
- Put in sterilized jars and seal
- Makes approximately 9 pints
