Canned Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 bushel tomatoes
- 10 large onions optional
- 6 to 8 green peppers
- 1 red hot pepper optional
- 4 stalks celery
- 4 tsp garlic salt
- 6 bay leaves
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 23 c sugar
- 14 c plus 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 large cans tomato paste
