Canning Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 13 c oil
  • 13 c catsup
  • 13 c vinegar
  • fish

Directions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together
  2. Cut fish into pieces to fit in jar
  3. Fill about 12 full then add 3 tablespoons of mixture
  4. Finish filling jar with fish
  5. Add 12 teaspoon salt to each pint
  6. Do not add water
  7. Pressure cook for 90 minutes Yields 4 pints of fish
