Cannoli

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 23 c confectioners sugar
- 12 tsp grated orange peel
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 10 sugar ice cream cones
Directions
- In a large bowl with electric mixer at low beat Ricotta sugar orange peel and vanilla just until smooth
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Cover
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Spoon mixture into ice cream cones
- Serves 10
