Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 12 c margarine or butter melted
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets herb with garlic soup mix
  • 14 c cayenne pepper sauce optional

Directions

  1. Split wings and discard tips
  2. Cut chicken wings in half at joint
  3. Broil or grill wings 30 to 45 minutes turning often until cooked or bake in 425 oven for 1 hour turning halfway
  4. In bowl combine cayenne pepper sauce butter and herb with garlic soup mix to coat
  5. If you cant take it hot eliminate the pepper sauce Makes 24 appetizers
