Cantaloupe Sorbet
Ingredients
- 5 c cubed cantaloupe
- 14 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Position
- knife blade in food processor bowl add cantaloupe and process until smooth
- Mix cantaloupe sugar and lemon juice stir well
- Cover and freeze until almost firm stirring occasionally
