Caramel-Pineapple Whip Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 cans pineapple rings
- whipped cream
Directions
- In a saucepan place the two cans of condensed milk
- Cover with cold water
- Place lid on saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Turn heat down to simmer you will hear the water rumble
- Boil for 2 hours and 15 minutes
- Place cans in refrigerator overnight
- Next day open cans on both ends
- The caramel will slide out
- Cut caramel into slices
- Place a slice of caramel on a pineapple ring top with whipped cream
