Caramel-Pineapple Whip Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 cans pineapple rings
  • whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan place the two cans of condensed milk
  2. Cover with cold water
  3. Place lid on saucepan
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Turn heat down to simmer you will hear the water rumble
  6. Boil for 2 hours and 15 minutes
  7. Place cans in refrigerator overnight
  8. Next day open cans on both ends
  9. The caramel will slide out
  10. Cut caramel into slices
  11. Place a slice of caramel on a pineapple ring top with whipped cream
