Caramel Apple Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 c powdered sugar
- 1 6 oz graham cracker pie crust
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 small apples peeled cored and sliced
- 14 tsp ground cinnamon
- 13 to 12 c old-fashioned or reduced-fat caramel apple dip
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl until fluffy and well-blended
- Spread on bottom of pie crust
- In skillet over medium heat melt butter and add apples
- Cook stirring until tender-crisp about 5 minutes
- Drain well on paper towels
