Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 12 c white syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 7 12 qt popcorn popped
Directions
- Cook brown sugar butter syrup and salt for 5 minutes at slow heat
- Do not boil hard
- Remove from heat
- Add soda pour over popcorn and stir well
- Cook in oven for 1 hour at 200
- Stir every 15 minutes
