Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 1 c corn unpopped
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 12 c Karo syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Pop corn
- Melt sugar margarine Karo salt and vanilla together
- After all is melted add baking soda to mixture Mixture will foam up
- Use large enough kettle to prevent foaming over sides
- Pour over popcorn in roasting pan
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour
