Caramel Delight Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c pecans chopped
• 1 7 oz pkg coconut
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1 8 oz box cream cheese
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 16 oz container Cool Whip
• 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
• 2 large graham cracker pie crusts

Directions

1. In a skillet brown pecans and coconut in butter set aside Blend cream cheese and condensed milk together
2. Add all of the Cool Whip
3. Divide into pie crusts
4. Top with the coconut-pecan mixture then drizzle the caramel topping over the top
5. Keep refrigerated
