Caramel Delight Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c pecans chopped
- 1 7 oz pkg coconut
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 8 oz box cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 16 oz container Cool Whip
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 2 large graham cracker pie crusts
Directions
- In a skillet brown pecans and coconut in butter set aside Blend cream cheese and condensed milk together
- Add all of the Cool Whip
- Divide into pie crusts
- Top with the coconut-pecan mixture then drizzle the caramel topping over the top
- Keep refrigerated
