Caramel Delights
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 14 c rolled oats
- 34 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c melted margarine
- 8 oz chocolate chips
- 12 c chopped walnuts optional
- 34 c caramel or butterscotch sauce
- 3 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Combine oats sugar soda salt and margarine
- Reserve 34 cup and pat remainder in an ungreased 9 x 9-inch baking pan
- Bake 10 minutes at 350
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts
- Combine caramel sauce with 3 tablespoons flour and drizzle over top Sprinkle with 34 cup oat mixture
- Bake another 15 to 20 minutes Cut into squares when cool
