Caramel Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 12 blocks oleo
  • 12 c canned milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt butter
  2. Add sugar and canned milk
  3. Stir until all lumps are gone
  4. Bring to a rolling boil that cant be stirred down Cook 1 minute
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla
  6. Let set a few minutes and heat until the right consistency to spread
  7. Covers a 3 layer cake
