Caramel Icing
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 12 c confectioners sugar
- 10 marshmallows
Directions
- Put everything except marshmallows in saucepan
- Place over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil Continue cooking 1 to 1 12 minutes until bubbly
- Drop in 10 marshmallows
- Take off heat and beat
- with beater until smooth and ready to spread
