Caramel Layer Chocolate Squares

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt together caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Mix together 1/3 cup evaporated milk, cake mix, butter and nuts. Press 1/2 cake mixture into greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for 6 minutes (probably longer).
- Remove from oven.
