Caramel Nut Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 12 c shortening
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c white sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c finely chopped nuts
Directions
- Cream butter brown sugar and shortening very well
- Gradually add white sugar and continue creaming
- Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one
