Caramel Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c peanut butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 2 c sifted cake flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Blend margarine and peanut butter
- Stir in brown sugar
- Sift together flour baking powder salt and granulated sugar into mixture
- Add 34 cup milk and vanilla extract
- Mix until flour is dampened
- Then beat two minutes on electric mixer or 300 strokes by hand
- Add eggs and remaining milk
- Mix then beat one minute longer or 150 strokes by hand Bake in moderate oven 375 for 25 to 30 minutes before removing
