Caramel Peanut Nests

Ingredients

• 24 caramels
• 2 Tbsp water
• 14 c creamy peanut butter
• 1 12 c Cheerios
• 12 coated peanut candies

Directions

1. Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper
2. Put caramels and water in a large pan
3. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until melted and smooth
4. Add peanut butter
5. Stir until melted
6. Remove from heat
7. Add Cheerios
8. Mix until well coated
9. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper
10. Press peanut candy into center of each cookie Let stand until firm about 12 hour
11. Its a fun treat for children
