Caramel Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 c pecan halves
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix sugar water butter and salt
- Come to a boil without stirring
- When mixture has reached the rolling ball stage drop in pecans and continue to cook until when a few drops are dropped into a cup of cold water and a hard balls is formed
- Remove from stove and beat until slightly cool
- Drop on wax paper
