Caramel Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 12 c sugar
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- 12 c raisins
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 c cold water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except water and brown sugar
- Pour batter into prepared 8-inch square baking pan
- Mix brown sugar and water until sugar dissolved
- Pour brown sugar and water mixture over batter
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve warm
