Caramel Topping

Ingredients
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp cream
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c coconut optional
Directions
- Combine butter and cream in small mixing bowl
- Microwave at Medium 1 14 to 3 minutes or until butter is melted
- Stir in brown sugar nuts andor coconut Spread carefully on warm cake Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until topping bubbles in a few spots
- Use as frosting on Oatmeal Cake
