Carbonnara

Ingredients
- 16 oz linguine
- 1 lb bacon
- 12 c butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bake bacon until crisp brown and crumble
- Set aside
- Cook linguine according to package
- Drain and saute in butter
- Remove to serving platter and keep warm
- Mix cream and yolks well and pour into pan used to saute pasta
- Stir until thick over medium heat
- Add cheese and blend well
- Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bacon
- Toss and serve
