Caribbean Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 14 c oleo softened
  • 34 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 9-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Beat oleo and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition
  3. Add chocolate and instant coffee Mix well
  4. Stir in flour and walnuts
  5. Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes at 375
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
  7. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired
