Caribbean Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 14 c oleo softened
- 34 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Beat oleo and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition
- Add chocolate and instant coffee Mix well
- Stir in flour and walnuts
- Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes at 375
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired
