CarlS Chicken Delights

Ingredients

• 3 pkg chicken tenders
• 1 12 green peppers
• 1 12 red peppers
• 1 onion
• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 12 bottles Bulls Eye barbecue sauce
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Add margarine or butter to heated large skillet
2. Then add chicken green and red peppers onion salt and pepper
3. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally
4. Drain most of the juices leave a small portion of the juice in the pan then add the barbecue sauce
5. Serve over pasta or rice
