Carne Asada

Ingredients
- 3 to 3 12 lb flank or skirt steak
- 13 c red wine
- 13 c vinegar
- 13 c olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp coarse ground pepper
Directions
- Marinate steak in deep bowl 1 hour
- Best overnight
- Grill over hot fire 4 to 5 minutes for rare steak
- Flank steak takes longer
